As well as carrying out research on issues of human welfare in the UK, NPC also provides advice and support on funding internationally—from advice on giving in India to finding solutions to tackling enviromental problems.

Our detailed analysis helps charities, donors and funders to tackle social issues more effectively by:

• examining the areas of greatest need and identifying funding gaps;
• exploring which approaches work well to tackle a social problem, and which work less well; and
• looking at where charities contribute to providing services and solving problems.
