Consulting for trusts and foundations
We support grant-making trusts and foundations to develop, deliver and evaluate their funding programmes. You may have a new foundation, or you may be working for an established foundation that has existed for decades. Whatever your position, we can help you maximise the impact of your giving.
We provide consulting services for trusts and foundations in four main areas, covering all stages of the planning and delivery of funding:
- Reviewing and developing strategy: We help funders to review their previous funding experience and research issues of interest to inform the development of a strategy.
- Planning and delivering funding programmes: Our in-depth knowledge of various social issues, and how charities address them, allows us to help funders to design and deliver a funding programme that makes a difference.
- Supporting charities: We work with grantees to help them to achieve their goals and measure their results.
- Reviewing funding: We design and conduct evaluations to allow funders to articulate what they have achieved and learn lessons for the future.

Did you know that funders can commission NPC to analyse the charities they support, to help charities learn where they are performing well and where they could improve?
