NPC recruitment

Looking for a job where you can create real change?

New Philanthropy Capital (NPC) is a unique charity. A thought leader within the charity sector, we have influenced and worked with hundreds of charities, government departments, and leading grant-makers.

As a charity consultancy and think tank our job is to change charities’ and funders’ attitudes and actions, and help them to achieve greater impact. Our unique expertise includes unparalleled knowledge of charities and social issues from homelessness to mental health, as well as unmatched expertise in analysing charity performance.

NPC's work has shaped government policy, helped to direct millions of pounds to effective charities, and had international influence, leading to collaborations in countries including India, Germany and the United States. If you are passionate about effective charities and keen to help donors and funders maximise the impact of their donations, then NPC could be the right place for you.

We’re ambitious about making a difference and we count on the energy and commitment of our staff to achieve this. In return, we offer exciting and challenging work, opportunities to grow and competitive salaries.

There are now around 30 of us in our office, which is a stone's throw from the Tate Modern on London's south bank. Find out more about NPC.
